There are moments in life
when we look in retrospect and we get sad,
we're too scared of what tomorrow might bring us
because we've been hurt, we have scars
and we don't want to go through any more pain...
We get bored with our lives,
and it feels like nothing's ever gonna change.
But that's the beauty of life,
those scars make us unique
we are who we are because of them.
So show them proud!
As far as we're alive
we're always allowed to start again.
We stumble, we fall, we get weak
and magically we get up, stand strong on our feet
and we move on.
So whenever you feel the shadows creep on you,
take a deep breath
wink an eye to your past
and smile
because today is a new day
and tomorrow will be beautiful.
